Processing Time

Our current processing time is 3-5 business days.
During holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly longer — please check our homepage for current updates.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship all orders through USPS.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated USPS delivery times:

  • First Class Mail: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit.

Free Shipping

Orders over $50 (you choose the threshold) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to get your items out quickly, but USPS delays can happen — especially around holidays and severe weather.
If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, feel free to contact us and we’ll help however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tiny Toes Baby Co. is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS but not received.
If this happens:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office

  2. Open a missing mail request with USPS

  3. Email us — we’ll guide you through next steps

International Shipping 

We currently ship to select international locations.
Shipping times vary by country and may take 2–6 weeks depending on customs processing.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After your package has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Preorders

If your purchase includes a preorder item, your entire order will ship together once all items are ready. If you prefer items to ship separately, please place separate orders.
